Computer Operator, Lead

This is a 3rd shift position. The hours are 11:30pm-7:30am with rotating weekends

• Direct and monitor activity of the shift(s) and provide first level of support for the Computer Operations staff.
• Monitors problems and works with users to ensure successful resolution.
• Trains operators on department-specific functions.
• Assists supervisor with performance evaluations of employees on assigned shifts.

• Availability for additional hours and after-hours calls is required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

  Education:
  
  Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related area.
• Preferred Education: Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience: Experience in computer operations, training, or a related field is desirable.
