Job Overview
Concentrix is seeking a Systems Analyst with experience in healthcare payer systems and HL7 FHIR interoperability. The role focuses on translating regulatory and business requirements into robust technical solutions and supporting CMS interoperability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Assess current applications, integrations, and data flows against CMS‑0057 interoperability compliance, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Design and document APIs, integration points, and data mappings using FHIR.
- Support CMS interoperability programs (e.g., PAS, CRD, DTR).
- Collaborate with developers on C#, Azure, and REST API development.
- Participate in Agile development using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Git.
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in healthcare interoperability or payer systems.
- Proficiency with HL7 FHIR (R4) and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and REST APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, APIM).
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Git.
- Healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, prior authorization) is required.
- CMS interoperability mandates experience (Payer‑to‑Payer, Member Access).
- Experience with SMART on FHIR, OAuth2, Azure integration tools or FHIR servers.
Base salary range: $92,000 – $135,000, plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance.
