Responsibilities- Define automation strategies, including framework selection, tooling, and infrastructure setup
- Build and scale automation from scratch, ensuring maintainability and reusability
- Collaborate closely with Dev, Dev Ops, and QA teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive improvements in test coverage, execution speed, and quality metrics
- Introduce and prototype AI‑driven testing solutions (test generation, self‑healing, quality insights)
- Contribute to presales activities: solution design, estimations, and technical proposals
- Mentor teams and establish best practices in test automation
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Test Automation
- Proven experience with building automation frameworks from scratch
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, Dev Ops practices, and modern SDLC
- Experience in integrating automation into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools is a strong plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to improve inefficient QA processes
- Experience with performance or API testing
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in presales or client‑facing roles
