OverviewJoin our Analytics team as Director of Analytics to drive deeper understanding of customer behavior and product performance across our platform. You will lead the analytics strategy that informs product decisions, growth, and customer outcomes, partnering with Product, Marketing, Risk, Engineering, and User Research to define success metrics, uncover insights, and embed data‑driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle while leading a team of product analysts.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Define and lead company‑wide analytics strategy, including measurement frameworks, reporting standards, experimentation practices, and decision intelligence capabilities.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team of analysts responsible for delivering insights that shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Define and monitor core product KPIs including activation, engagement, retention, funnel performance, and lifetime value.
- Lead deep‑dive analyses of user behavior, feature adoption, and customer journeys to uncover growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and experimentation design, to evaluate product features and initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to shape product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on measurable customer and business impact.
- Ensure rigorous measurement of new features and product initiatives to validate impact and guide iteration.
- Build dashboards and self‑serve analytics that enable stakeholders to monitor product performance and make informed decisions.
- Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen metric definitions, data models, semantic layer adoption, and governed reporting.
- 8–10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or quantitative analytics, ideally in fintech or consumer tech.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading analytics teams.
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python or similar analytical programming skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with product metrics, experimentation, and growth analytics.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total compensation and rewards package at Credit Genie. You may also be eligible to participate in the bonus and equity programs.
