Technologist, Technical Support, Systems Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Technologist, based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area with flexibility for remote work. The Technologist will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting customized technology solutions for residential projects. This includes collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, configuring and integrating systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality installations. Additionally, maintaining clear communication with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle will be essential.

• Experience in system design, configuration, and integration of home automation technology
• Technical skills in installing and maintaining AV systems, smart devices, and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and partners
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work on-site and remotely as required by project demands
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies is a plus
• A degree or certification in a relevant field such as technology, engineering, or design is desirable
