CAI is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users remotely. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong problem-solving ability.
Applicants must have at least 6 months of experience in a Service Desk role and be able to work from 2:00am – 12:00pm EST. A detailed understanding of troubleshooting and documentation is essential. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefit packages.
