Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees required to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during business hours (6am-10pm IST) or (6pm-6am IST). Occasional unpaid overtime may be required.

ME / M.Tech / BE /

B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT) etc.

• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with databases such as SQL, MS SQL, MySQL, No
  
  SQL, Hadoop, Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash.
• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Work Front, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.
• Experience with Puppet or Chef for automation and configuration.

• Focus on monitoring various systems, providing email communications from IT, and coordinating outage resolution with Level 2/3 troubleshooting across Application, Network, and Systems.
• Analyze alarm conditions presented by multiple monitoring applications (Solarwinds, WUG).
• Experience in a 24x7x365 IT Operations environment.
• Analyze application, system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking.
• Work on critical issues affecting many users.
• Communicate system-wide outages to various departments.
• Quickly transition between tasks.
• Document actions in tickets/tasks.
• Work with minimal supervision.

• Analytical with good problem-solving capabilities.
• Independent thinker.
