Strategic Planning Lead Consultant
At Allstate, the Strategic Planning Lead Consultant helps shape and deliver enterprise priorities by bringing structure, focus, and momentum to complex, cross‑functional work. This role partners across business and technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision‑making. A critical aspect of this role is enabling clarity through communication—distilling complex work into concise, actionable narratives that align stakeholders, identify and overcome barriers, and support executive decisions.
It also embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance day‑to‑day productivity, improve decision‑making, and streamline how work gets done.
- Translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that advance business objectives.
- Bring together cross‑functional stakeholders, frame trade‑offs, and move teams from discussion to decision.
- Identify and coordinate dependencies, proactively surface risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Establish governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms that bring transparency to progress and outcomes.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives that align stakeholders and support decisions.
- Use AI and modern tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day work.
- Build strong relationships and align leaders through data‑driven storytelling, structured problem‑solving, and effective facilitation.
- Provide sharp, outcome‑focused updates and insights that inform direction, unblock decisions, and shape results.
- 5 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination, or product management.
- Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level.
- Experience working within large, complex organizational environments.
- Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes.
- Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry (preferred).
This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation offered for this role is $98,100.00 – $ annually, based on experience and qualifications.
