• Title: Web Hosting Support
• Experience: 2-6 years
• Job Type: Permanent / Contract (depends on project needs)
• Position Type: Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees may be required to work any of the 9‑hour shift schedules between 6 am – 10 pm IST or 6 pm – 6 am IST. Occasional unpaid overtime may be required.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
• Location: Remote (Work‑From‑Home)

• Experience working in the web hosting industry
• In‑depth experience with cPanel and Plesk
• Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Driven to be the best and able to provide examples of achievement

• Resolve web technology issues via chat, email/tickets, and phone
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot content management systems including Word Press, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Explain DNS and web design tools to customers
• Provide customers with a “WOW!” experience

• Analytical with strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
