About This Role

As a KAI co‑op you will help evolve digital tools such as Planisware, Weave, and Sage, and contribute to the design, implementation, and measurement of digital adoption strategies. You will work on platforms like Technology Transfers, which centralise project visibility and performance metrics, and develop a deep understanding of the company’s R&D portfolio, pipeline governance, and portfolio management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support digital product adoption by partnering with product owners and stakeholders to gather user feedback, identify opportunities, and enhance the user experience.
  • Support process improvement efforts using an engineering mindset to identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze adoption and engagement data, collecting, interpreting, and visualising quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate trends and the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Develop change‑management assets, including communications, learning materials, stakeholder engagement plans, and resources that help employees navigate new tools and processes.
  • Leverage AI and digital technologies to streamline communications, generate insights, and accelerate change‑management activities.
  • Prepare executive‑ready insights and recommendations, synthesising findings into presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate across functions with scientific, business, technology, and operational teams to understand diverse perspectives and drive successful implementation of digital capabilities.

  • Not employed at the time the internship begins.
  • Located in the United States for the duration of the internship or co‑op.
  • Co‑op placement must follow completion of the semester or academic period during which the internship commences.
Preferred Qualifications
