IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
Purpose
Delivers standard system and data analysis and helps with tools and technology implementations for Payment Integrity—clinical editing. Facilitates and coordinates building, documentation, and review of system and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, processes, and systems. Facilitates and coordinates data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Works closely with cross‑departmental peers and internal team members.
Responsibilities- Identify, analyze gaps and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure, and systems and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments and end users within a pre‑defined scope.
- Collect data and conduct analysis for system enhancements through collaboration with organizational teams.
- Drive implementation of changes for applications, systems, infrastructure, and services to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities related to evaluating and recommending new tools, platforms, or services to achieve organizational goals.
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience is required.
Experience: 3 years of relevant system/technical analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
- Knowledge of system or analysis methods and evaluation criteria.
- Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, infrastructure, systems, and processes.
- Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team‑based environment.
- Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers within set expectations for service excellence. Effective communication and positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including demanding or challenging ones.
$64,944 – $128,986.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration. In addition to compensation, Care First offers a comprehensive benefits package, various incentive programs/plans, and 401(k) contribution programs/plans (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
