Harvey Nash is seeking a Desktop Technician to assist in software and hardware life cycle management processes. Ideal candidates will support employees with desktop and account issues, troubleshoot software problems on desktops or laptops, and possess a basic understanding of Mac OS and Windows OS. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate effectively on both technical and non-technical levels.
This position is estimated at $25.60/hour on W2, for a duration of 6+ months.
