About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile, client-focused professional to join our team in a multi-faceted role. Your primary mission will be Account Management
—nurturing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing client base.
In addition to managing client relationships, you will serve as the crucial primary backup for our Technical Support team and our specialized Outsourcing Service
. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of exceptional communication skills and a strong technical aptitude, allowing them to seamlessly switch from a strategic client call to technical troubleshooting or operational data management.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, proactively engaging with them to ensure satisfaction, build trust, and maintain long-term business retention.
- Multichannel Communication: Manage client interactions across phone, email, and virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams), ensuring a professional, consultative, and responsive experience.
- Client Advocacy & Discovery: Actively listen to discover client operational needs during routine check-ins, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Web Product & Technical Support Backup: Step in to assist clients with user management, technical navigation, and troubleshooting for our primary web application (), as well as associated software and API integrations.
- Outsourcing Service Backup: Support our specialized valuation workflows by accurately processing, managing, and cross-referencing precise financial data from client documentation and brokerage statements.
- Documentation & Training: Help create clear user manuals, knowledge-base documentation, or brief instructional videos to assist clients in navigating our platforms independently.
Skills & Qualifications
Account Management & Professional
Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing account coordination, customer success, or professional support role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to maintain a professional, consultative tone with business clientele and coworkers.
- Adaptability: High agility and excellent time-management skills to effectively prioritize a diverse workload and handle fluid day-to-day tasks.
Technical & Operational
Skills:
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly master proprietary software and web applications. Familiarity or hands-on experience navigating environments utilizing Windows, Citrix, VMware, Visual Studio, or networking configurations is highly advantageous.
- Analytical Mindset: High attention to detail and strong numerical comfort needed to handle sensitive financial data and ensure strict compliance with quality control standards.
- SLA Discipline: Strong operational focus to meet daily turnaround times and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when backing up outsourcing workflows.
- In-Office Requirement: This is a 100% on-site, in-office position at our corporate office in Old Tappan, NJ. There is absolutely no hybrid flexibility, remote work, or work-from-home schedule available for this role.
- Work Hours: Standard business hours, full-time, 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday with lunch break.
- Competitive base salary: $52,000
- Quarterly team growth and revenue sharing bonus
