MAP SSG, a fast-growing AI security startup, is seeking a Customer Engineer to manage technical customer issues during enterprise POCs. This role is critical in ensuring that no deal is blocked by unresolved issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering skills, preferably full-stack, and will work closely with security teams. You'll be responsible for debugging and shipping fixes, as well as fostering a new customer engineering function.
The position offers a base salary ranging from $140K to $170K and the possibility of remote work.
