Where you’ll work:
This is a hybrid onsite/remote opportunity where you will report to the customer location in Falls Church, VA and have the flexibility to work from home based on business needs.

An average day:
As Business Process Analyst II you will combine analytical and process engineering expertise to drive operational improvements and support diverse projects aimed at enhancing data-driven initiatives, automation, and overall organizational efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate the development of solutions that streamline workflows, optimize performance, and align with business objectives. In this position you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document current business processes, pinpointing areas for efficiency gains.
• Develop workflow maps and process documentation to guide optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements in partnership with stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights, measure process performance, and support decision-making on improvement strategies and solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automated processes, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance throughput and reduce manual tasks.
• Coordinate with technical teams on solution development, including AI/ML pilots, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of newly implemented processes, reporting on key metrics and recommending follow-up actions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment on requirements and process improvement objectives.
• Collaborate on documentation efforts, including detailed process guides, user stories, and technical specifications to maintain clear records of system changes.
• Support data governance policies and practices by ensuring process compliance and identifying opportunities for improved data quality controls.
• Contribute to risk assessments related to process and technology changes, identifying potential impacts and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance on operational best practices and continuous improvement frameworks that encourage innovation and maintain high standards of quality.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
