User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful digital experiences for business partners.
Responsibilities

• Translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Develop user flows, interaction patterns, and prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to enhance user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Utilize service design methods to simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Create rapid prototypes to communicate ideas and gather stakeholder input.
• Explore AI-driven design opportunities to enhance user interactions.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with experience in high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to manage design projects independently across various phases of the product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service design methodologies like journey mapping.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and workflow-driven software.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled workflows and emerging UX patterns.
• Experience contributing to enterprise design systems.
