IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Project Manager
This position is for a project manager to maintain complete oversight of projects including communications and change management. The project manager will maintain project roadmaps, schedules, etc., as well as facilitating the project teams' daily work and removing obstacles or impediments for the successful delivery and adoption.
Role & Duties:
- Ensure overall successful project delivery (on-time, on-budget, high quality, meeting business outcomes)
- Lead projects with overall responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, status reporting, and closure
- Drive activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resources, scope, deliverables, budget, risk, issues, dependency, vendor relationships, and communications
- Collaborate with project and program leads to create overarching business cases, project charters, communication plans, delivery timelines, detailed schedules, and resources required
- Lead Change management and communication activities on the project with IT and Business team members
- Provides timely updates to the IT leads, functional leads, IT PMO, and key stakeholders by producing regular status reports and steering governance updates
- Facilitate the team's daily work, including all the scheduled meetings
- Create a collaborative environment that allows the team and stakeholders to interact closely
- Remove the obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work
- Mentor the team members to adopt a truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management, and empowerment
- Able to work after hours during critical windows (UAT, PROD Deployments)
Expected
Skills:
- Project management skills: create and execute project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, maintain compliance with project management processes, have an eye for detail, independently maintain project documentation, drive follow-up on open actions, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English:
Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation. Ability to drive productive conversations and team meetings. Active listening skills. - Excellent People skills: a combination of skills, including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflict, and be able to work with cross-functional teams
- Very strong team player, able to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working environment within the project team.
- Analytical skills: ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives, and recommend sound decisions
- High degree of professionalism and integrity:
Strong aptitude to learn and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment. Recognize and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information - High level of interpersonal skills:
Lead cross-functional teams. Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation. - Ability to understand and translate requirements. Committed to ensuring that IT enables its customers by taking responsibility for service and quality.
Target Base Salary Range: $105,000 USD - $115,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

The candidate can live anywhere in the United States.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of profession IT experience and/or project manager experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
