CMDB Analyst
Remote + 10-25% travel.
Hours:
9-5 CST
CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process and ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role will be responsible for ensuring the CMDB is up to date with best practices for the CSDM model. This role works closely with the IT Service Now System Admin and all process owners within IT.
Job Responsibilities
- As part of management of CMDB, this role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and make sure relationships to promote correct alignment with CSDM practices
- Implement best practice support of collection of up-to-date interrelated CI in Service Now CMDB about all CI items in CMDB
- Implement and Support automated entry of CI items within the CMDB for population of data
- Work with stakeholders to ensure full CI data is inserted in the CMDB
- Assist Service Now defining and registering CI in the appropriate class with the defined attributes.
