Client specializes in delivery better customer outcomes through clinical management and affordable prescription medications and health products. We provide high quality pharmacy benefit management and pharmacy care services digitally enabled and clinically integrated at lower costs to the consumer. Processes over 1.3B scripts per year for over 60 million pharmacy consumers nationwide. The Monitoring Center of Excellence is a team of 17 global technical resources providing modern application performance monitoring solutions for services.

We are seeking a Splunk Observability monitoring resource to join our team in developing and deploying this to our cloud applications. The ideal candidate will need to engage with application teams to develop a plan to deploy Splunk Observability as part of a pipeline with automation. It will be beneficial to have a healthcare background and experience using other monitoring APM tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, Data Dog.

This project is to implement Splunk Observability Cloud Product Suite for monitoring high priority applications providing pharmacy services to our customers. The expected outcomes for this new monitoring technology will be reduced application down times, faster root cause analysis and return to service for our customers. Since this is a new monitoring technology to service capability standards and deliverables will need to be developed as part of this implementation.
