Responsibilities- Work across the business, operations, and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions, and prioritizing functional and non‑functional requirements into a technology backlog to enable the technology roadmap and functionality to support evolving capabilities and services.
- Contribute to the creation of the architecture roadmap of defined domains (Business, Application, Data, and Technology) in support of the product roadmap and the development of best practices, including standardized templates.
- Clarify the architecture, assisting with system design to support implementation, and providing solution options to resolve any architectural impediments.
- Facilitate solution‑driven discussions, leading the design of complex architectures, and finding creative solutions through domain knowledge, practical experiments, and proof of concepts, while ensuring architecture is flexible, modular, and adaptable.
- Educate team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions.
- Support the team as needed in selecting the technology stack required for solutions and helping choose preferred technology products.
- Perform design and code reviews to ensure all non‑functional requirements are being sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability).
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
- Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Building, testing and documenting quantitative models consistent with model development procedures and model risk management expectations;
- Applying statistical skills of distributions, statistical testing, and regression with machine learning techniques and algorithms including ensemble models;
- Applying knowledge of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, advanced machine learning and Statistical Modeling, Quantitative Analysis, Forecasting, and Data Visualization to facilitate the automation of testing; and,
- Utilizing data analytics tools of Tableau and Alteryx to conduct thorough analysis of large financial datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends.

Salary range: $ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
