Location: Town of Poland
Freebird is seeking a CRO Manager to build and own their experimentation program to convert paid traffic into profitable customers. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of hands-on CRO experience, strong data literacy, and fluency in A/B testing platforms.
The role involves designing a comprehensive CRO operating system and driving conversion rate and CAC efficiency, with a focus on profitable customer acquisition. The position is fully remote but requires overlap with US Eastern time zone hours.
