The Remote Service Engineer represents Philips Health Tech with exemplary professionalism. They ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while actively contributing to the achievement or even surpassing the operational and commercial objectives of the company.

Your main duties include:

• Welcome, analyze, and record technical requests on our scanner solutions, providing attentive support in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform remote diagnostics to resolve incidents efficiently and define a clear and structured action plan when remote resolution is not possible.
• Create and follow up on Work Orders, ensuring transparent and regular communication with the client throughout the process.
• Manage complaints and escalations—related to safety or not—with rigor, reactivity, and a service-oriented approach.
• Contribute to knowledge development by writing, updating, and submitting articles to the knowledge base.
• Participate in the conduct of small projects and support a limited number of colleagues, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
