Senior Director, Product Strategy

The  
** Senior Director, Product Strategy
** is an enterprise leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end digital product strategy across a complex portfolio of products and experiences. They will be the leader and primary digital point of contact across:
Express Scripts PBS, Express Scripts and EnGuide Pharmacy, Evernorth and Accredo. This role serves as a single point of accountability for the digital product portfolio - owning how digital solutions address prioritized business and customer needs - while translating shared priorities into product strategy, roadmap and delivery.

This leader operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, engagement, platform, data, and business leadership to drive consistency, speed, and impact across a multi-product ecosystem. Through a data-driven, test-and-learn approach, they ensure the right work is prioritized, teams are aligned, and digital solutions deliver meaningful results for customers and the business.

** QUALIFICATIONS*
* + Proven experience leading digital product strategy within healthcare, with a strong focus on patient and customer communication experiences

+ Demonstrated track record of building and scaling product organizations - not just managing existing teams

+ Experience leading web and mobile product portfolios and delivering integrated, omnichannel digital experiences

+ Strong understanding of emerging digital channels and technologies, with experience deploying innovative capabilities at scale

+ Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprise-wide alignment

+ Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution and measurable outcomes

+ Experience operating in complex, highly matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders

+ Deep expertise in data-driven product management and decision making
