OSI, an EXL company, is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team in Lee’s Summit, MO. This position is 100% onsite and involves managing the laptop life cycle as well as offering Level 1 and 2 support to the Help Desk and customers.
The ideal candidate will have significant Desktop Support experience, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The salary range for this position is between 55K and 62K USD plus a bonus.
