Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, governance, and long‑term success of our enterprise low‑code and artificial intelligence application ecosystem. In this role you will serve as the primary platform owner and technical authority, responsible for creating secure, scalable, and compliant environments that support our business applications, automated workflows, and intelligent agents. You will define and enforce data protection policies, oversee platform standards, and manage the full lifecycle of low‑code solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Governance and Security:
Define, optimize, and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards across low‑code applications, automated workflows, CRM systems, data platforms, and AI development environments. - Environment Strategy and Architecture:
Design and maintain a multi‑tiered environment strategy that supports proper data separation, controlled solution deployments, and full lifecycle management. - AI Agents & Copilot Studio Administration:
Lead the administration and governance of Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, capacity and licensing oversight, and implementation of security and compliance controls. - Data Protection and Connector Governance:
Architect and manage data protection policies, connector governance, and approval workflows to prevent unauthorized data movement. - Application Lifecycle Management and Deployment Pipelines:
Implement and maintain a full application lifecycle management framework for low‑code and enterprise business applications, building automated deployment pipelines across all environments. - Capacity and License Management:
Monitor and manage storage capacity, AI resource usage, licensing consumption, and platform activity across thousands of users. - Platform Health, Monitoring, and Auditing:
Proactively monitor platform performance, identify and remediate non‑compliant solutions, conduct regular audits, produce compliance reports, and deliver usage analytics.
- Professional
Experience:
At least five years administering enterprise‑level low‑code platforms and CRM systems, with a minimum of two years focused on platform governance, environment strategy, and intelligent agent development. - Platform Administration Expertise:
Deep hands‑on experience with administrative tools for low‑code platforms, data environments, security controls, and enterprise identity management. - Customer Relationship Management Systems:
Experience managing multi‑environment CRM platforms, including environment setup, security role design, integration oversight, and governance within a large enterprise. - Intelligent Agent Development:
Proven experience building, deploying, and governing intelligent agents, with proficiency in configuring knowledge sources and automated actions. - Automation and Scripting:
Advanced proficiency with scripting languages used to automate administrative tasks and streamline platform operations. - Certifications:
Power Platform Functional Consultant or Power Platform Solution Architect certification, or equivalent.
- Experience with Enterprise Data Protection tools for classifying sensitive information, applying masking rules, and enforcing information‑handling policies.
- Understanding of secure external access patterns, including customer‑facing portals and identity experiences for external users.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,100 annually (based on experience and qualifications). Total compensation includes incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable.
