Pay: $22-$29/hr DOE

General Work Schedule

8am-5pm M-F, with participation in an after‑hours on‑call rotation.

Travel/License Required

Yes, minimal local travel.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues for clients, document IT‑related information, and provide friendly and efficient customer service to end‑users.
