We are growing a portfolio of applied research projects aimed at increasing the cyber resilience of cyber‑physical systems fielded by the Navy. We are also developing a new cyber resilience and penetration testing framework to improve resilience of the future hybrid uncrewed/crewed fleet. This framework will be a key enabler for autonomous systems to be vetted against anomalies and/or adversarial attacks.

Additionally, our power & energy systems portfolio includes work supporting the DoD’s electrification of platforms beginning with Navy ships. Our uncrewed systems portfolio includes work on critical enabling technologies for more reliable, more intelligent, and longer‑duration unmanned systems. Our advanced manufacturing portfolio includes works to improve the throughput and quality of high‑temperature composite parts used in advanced military aerospace systems.

Integer Technologies is currently hiring a Director of Cyber Physical Systems responsible for the strategy and management of Department of Defense science and technology (S&T) research programs related to systems cyber security. This role requires significant knowledge and experience with cyber physical systems technology for multi‑domain (surface and subsea) uncrewed and autonomous vehicles, and control systems in the maritime environment.

To achieve internal and customer project goals the Director of Cyber Physical Systems must have prior experience running research and development programs for the Department of Defense and demonstrate the ability to understand new technical concepts from many engineering disciplines so that they can assist principal investigators (PI’s) and technical project managers (TPM’s) to maintain a clear vision for their teams.
