Position: Technical Service Care Associate (On-Site or Remote)

We have various opening for Technical Services Care Specialist.

Why this Role is Important:

Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to save energy on our customers’ sites. Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without issue is vital to the success of the organization. This role is for a key player among the impactful team which is tasked with ensuring that these technologies continue to operate at the utmost efficiency while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

This person will be resolving Technical Service issues for customers as a part of the Technical Services team. The successful candidate will have a background in customer satisfaction and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Owns the customer experience from beginning to end for Technical Services reported issues
  • Act as liaison with management and our customers
  • Provide dedication to improve customer service and business productivity
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding the current standing of reported issues (ticket statuses)
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure utmost customer satisfaction (internal and external to Budderfly) throughout the Technical Services ticket process
  • Works to improve customer satisfaction throughout the Technical Services issue resolution process.

Location:

Shelton, CT or Remote Available

Shifts:
  • Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM. Candidates that reside in CT, must be available to the work day shift during the training period. Compensation

$26 - $29.50 USD

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
