Executive Partner, Artificial Intelligence Advisory​/AI Strategist

About the Role

The AI Executive Partner will act as a strategic advisor and executive partner for Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) and Gartner Enterprise IT Leaders (EITL) services. The role focuses on leveraging advanced AI expertise to drive organizational outcomes for over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders worldwide.

• Manage a portfolio of member relationships, providing Advisory support to C‑Suite leaders with a focus on AI.
• Create service solutions for clients using all ExP and/or EITL products and deliver innovative solutions that assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans.
• Conduct on‑site and virtual briefings, strategy sessions, research analyst visits, round tables, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate sessions at Gartner events when relevant.
• Build strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement, renewal, and growth of ETS business.
• Guide executives on strategic AI initiatives, providing expert advice on implementation, integration, and optimization of AI technologies.
• Provide training and mentorship on AI topics to broad audiences across organizations and help leaders drive AI literacy and responsible AI practices.

• 15+ years of progressive technology experience in consulting or CxO roles, including AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, Robotics, Product Development, BI, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, HPC, Cloud, etc.
• 7–10+ years delivering enterprise‑wide AI programs across multiple business units within large organizations.
• Robust understanding of key AI technologies, market trends, and Generative AI.
• Experience with AI governance practices, maturity models, and AI organizational structures is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to boards and C‑Level executives.
• Sales or business‑development experience, interest in working with CXO‑level executives.

• Competitive base salary range: 160,000 USD – 194,000 USD (actual salary may vary based on location, experience, and performance).
