NTT Germany supports clients in the implementation of modern collaboration and voice solutions – on-premises, hybrid and cloud-based. As part of our TS team, you will take over the technical implementation of sophisticated ALE communication solutions (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) for medium-sized and large clients.

• Planning, installation and configuration of OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) including high availability and virtualization; management via Omni Vista 8770.
• Planning, installation and configuration of Rainbow including high availability and virtualization; management via Omni Vista 8770.
• Implementation of contact center scenarios (OmniPCX/CCD), including skill routing, reporting and agent desktop; integrations (e.g. Genesys/RSI).
• Hybrid/cloud integrations with Rainbow™ (WebRTC-Gateway, OXE ↔ Rainbow coupling, Security/Compliance).
• SIP-Trunking & SBC-Interop (e.g. Audiocodes):
  Number plans, LCR, emergency call routing, testing and acceptance.
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change/release management, documentation and know-how transfer according to SLA.

· Several years of project experience (≥ 3 years) with ALE communication solutions, especially OXE and Omni Vista 8770; confident in OXE operation (SIP/IP/DECT).

· Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE), ideally for OmniPCX Enterprise, Omni Vista 8770, Open/Omni Touch and CCD; willingness to continuously recertify.

· In-depth knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, network technology (QoS, VLAN, firewall), Linux/Windows basics.

· Willingness to travel within Germany (business trips according to guidelines);

· Very good German and good English skills.

· Experience with Alcatel Native Encryption

· Experience with Alcatel VNA, VAA and other Alcatel UC products

· Experience with Rainbow™ hybrid setups, security/compliance (ISO 27001, CSPN), as well as Microsoft interoperability (e.g. Teams Direct Routing).

· Experience with Rainbow™ edge solutions

· Exciting consulting projects with high technical depth and scope for creativity.

· Established HR processes & templates as well as access to ALE trainings.

· Exciting UC projects with current manufacturer solutions

· Varied tasks in all sectors from SMEs, public clients, DAX companies to internationally operating corporations

· Responsibility for planning, requirements analysis and implementation of sophisticated customer projects

· Consulting in technical questions and problems

· Independent project and schedule planning in a highly collegial and motivated team

· Conducting workshops and trainings

· Support of sales in the presales area

· Regular assignments at our customers – on-site and remote

· Training and further education to Alcatel UC Engineer/Consultant

· Further training in the area of 3rd party providers (e.g. Audiocodes, New Voice)
