Role Overview
Arity is a part of the Allstate Corporation, where we collect and analyze large volumes of data to provide cutting‑edge solutions for transportation companies. The Advertising Data Analytics team powers the Arity Marketing Platform, helping marketers reach their best customers and deliver relevant messaging based on driving behavior. The team optimizes the platform’s performance, scales revenue across all funnels, and integrates with a cross‑functional scrum structure.
SeniorData Analyst – Ad Operations
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns on the Arity marketing platform, working closely with the AdOps team to uncover insights and recommend performance improvements. You will design A/B tests, develop automated decisioning systems with data scientists, and drive the evolution from manual campaign management to AI‑driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and optimize programmatic campaigns using real‑time and historical data signals
- Diagnose performance issues across supply, demand, and delivery systems and recommend targeted interventions
- Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments, integrating sensor‑based features into test frameworks
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with AdOps, Product, and Data Science teams to operationalize optimization strategies at scale
- Contribute to the development of automated decisioning systems for campaign management (e.g., budget allocation, bidding adjustments)
- Partner with data scientists to translate business problems into ML‑driven solutions (e.g., propensity models, bidding optimization, segmentation)
- Drive the transition from manual campaign management to automated, intelligence‑driven optimization systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, or programmatic advertising
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for large‑scale data analysis
- Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and key KPIs (CPM, CPC, win rate, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference methods)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience collaborating on production ML systems
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Big Query) and data pipeline development
- Experience building semantic layers or analytical models for scalable reporting
- Experience leveraging AI‑powered coding assistants to enhance productivity

Annual salary range: $75,100.00 – $, based on experience and qualifications.
