Junior Documentum Developer
Summary:

• Responsibilities The individual will be responsible for production support, break-fix ticket triage and effectively communicating status and risk. The individual will work very closely with operations to ensure the efficiency, scalability, extensibility and performance for content management and publishing platforms running on Documentum as well as all the other platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager eForms and Rights Management, Generis CARA and Captiva.
They will be required to interact heavily with customer and perform some Level 1 application support activities. The resource may also assist with development activities for on-going Projects, patching and maintenance. Skills The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of knowledge of Documentum in Windows platforms as well as a rudimentary knowledge of Databases, Network and infrastructure concepts. Knowledge of administration and configuration in Documentum Basic knowledge of DQLs, APIs and other Documentum components 2+ years of experience of working with AWS and executing a migrating Document Management platform to cloud Extensive experience in customer interaction and coordination with development team for handling production tickets Excellent speaking and writing skills Able to communicate effectively with customers and provide support from project inception to deployment Documentum 16.4 and CARA experience a plus Able to maintain a positive attitude and desire to train others Required Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience, or Master’s degree and a minimum of 1 years of experience
