Specialist For Document Creation / Output Management

As a specialist for document creation / output management (w/m/d), you will work in a small interdisciplinary team in business analysis and develop or optimize (document) processes. In addition, you will support processes for the Debeka outside service.

The Sales Services department is responsible for the development and maintenance of internal and external software solutions for the sales and service center, which ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our services.

Your contribution for the team

• Analysis and optimization of existing (document) processes
• Close cooperation in the team, within the IT and with the departments
• Creation, maintenance and further development of documents in our output management system (kwsoft)
• Implementation and documentation of the technical requirements in the document creation
• Building and structuring of templates, forms, building blocks and text reserves
• Support in tests, quality assurance and rollouts/go-lives centralization and standardization of document processes
• Efficient and high-quality provision of documents, services and support

What we wish for

• An education with IT-related content, a completed study in (economic) informatics or a comparable study
• Analytical-conceptual thinking, structured and self-responsible way of working, team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in the role as an interface between the department and IT
• Very good ability to clearly model and document complex technical processes and methodological competence in the collection and analysis of requirements
• Knowledge of agile and classical procedures as well as work with backlogs and prioritization procedures
• Secure handling of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), M365 as well as common methods of requirement analysis (e.g. interviews, workshops, user stories, use cases)
• Knowledge of a programming language, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, XPath as well as knowledge of insurance products and processes is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speech and writing
