As an internal service provider (w/m/d) around the promising fields of business intelligence, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence, we want to advance Debeka - and you can support us in this!

As a business analyst (w/m/d) for our AI solutions in the area of generative AI, you will play a central role in the sustainable introduction, support, and further development of AI-assisted assistance systems in the company. You act as a (technical) enabler, multiplier (w/m/d) and first point of contact for our internal employees.

Your contribution for the WE

• Consulting and support in establishing generative AI at Debeka
• Conducting requirements engineering - standards and business analysis, e.g. through the collection, analysis, and prioritization of technical requirements and their documentation
• Collecting and evaluating user feedback (w/m/d), analyzing usage patterns and deriving optimization potentials for the further development of products
• Maintenance and expansion of internal knowledge materials (FAQ, training materials, handouts) in accordance with the internal AI guidelines.
• Cooperation with IT, data protection, works council, and departments to ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of AI solutions
• Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog management as well as support in sprint planning
• Ensuring the technical acceptance as well as compliance with Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

What we wish for us

• A completed training as a IT specialist (w/m/d), a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• A high interest in the development and application of AI technologies
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365, ideally with experience in using Copilot or comparable AI tools, as well as first experiences in handling large language models and chatbots
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Technical understanding of cloud architectures, data connection, and AI-supported systems
• Self-initiative, structured working style, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent communication skills, didactic skills, as well as very good German language skills in speech and writing
