As we expand our innovative Advisor Technology Solutions team, this role will be essential to the success of our technology platform. Acting as the primary liaison between our internal core product teams and technology partners, you will coordinate, facilitate, and execute project objectives while ensuring alignment with our technology roadmap.

You will have dynamic opportunities to collaborate with key internal stakeholders and take on a lead project management role, helping to drive a timely and efficient workflow from project inception to completion.

• Manages larger, more complex projects/programs, capable of managing additional aspects of the PMO
• Assists with managing additional aspects of delivery focused on enhancing overall process
• Accountable for the successful delivery of a technical solution that meets the expected timeline, budget and stakeholder outcomes.
• Responsible for the construction and management of a project plan that identifies critical path dates, internal & external dependencies, key milestones associated with expected outcomes and resource requirements
• Conducts project kickoff for all stakeholders and team members to ensure expectations are aligned on roles/responsibilities and all aspects of the project
• Manages the scope of the project to ensure expected outcomes are met
• Effectively manages, communicates and documents project risks and issues
• Works closely with external Project Managers to ensure cross-dependences are appropriately communicated and delivered to meet expected dates and functionality
• Responsible for the preparation and effective reporting of overall project status as necessary
• Captures and maintains all project information in the appropriate tool(s), ensuring information is updated in a manner that is timely, accurate and easily consumable by all audiences
• Manages resources to ensure the project has the optimal team to successfully deliver
• Establishes project document repository and channel for team collaboration
• Establishes project meetings for all levels with the appropriate attendees and cadence
• Ensures that the closeout process is completed

• Experienced, proven Project Manager PM, who has led by example and demonstrated success in project delivery
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
• Ability to communicate successfully with business subject matter experts, technology partners and home office staff frequently—both over the phone and in-person
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, confident, and highly motivated self-starter
• Effective leader and collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships
• Continuous learner who adapts quickly and positively to change
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree related to information technology
• 8+ years of experience coordinating and supporting IT processes and projects
• Experience managing projects in:
  Data, Integrations, Applications, Databases, Portals, Platforms (Salesforce, Service Now)
• Financial or similar industry experience
• Project Management tools: PPM Pro, MS Project, JIRA and MS Office
