Must be in Southern NV and have reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
COMPENSATION:

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, grow your career, work in a dynamic environment? PCI is seeking a Service Desk & Facilities Lead who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has IT service desk experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
What You'll DoService Desk Support
- Provides on-site technical support for 50+ local users, including laptop configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Delivers remote technical co-support for 200+ users in the St. Cloud, MN office and working from home environments, ensuring seamless functionality of hardware and software.
- Deploys and manages software installations, updates, and patches using tools such as PDQ and Smart Deploy across all company locations.
Facilities Management
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all Las Vegas, NV Office facilities-related matters, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
- Manages vendor relationships and contracts for building services, including cleaning, repairs, and security.
- Coordinates office maintenance, security, and emergency preparedness efforts, proactively addressing potential risks.
Collaboration and Communication
- Provides mentorship and guidance to employees on IT best practices and security awareness.
- Identifies process improvements to enhance IT support and facilities management efficiency.
- Provides clear, concise updates on technical and facilities issues, resolutions, and timelines to staff and stakeholders.
Must-Have
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience and certification in a related field.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for laptops, software, and IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT service desk management tools and endpoint security practices.
- Familiarity with facilities operations, including HVAC systems, security, and emergency preparedness.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and active insurance for occasional work-related travel.
Nice to have but not Required!
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an organization of 100+ employees.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience using systems such as Active directory, Confluence, Duo, Jira Service Desk, Office 365, PDQ, and Zoom.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or something similar.
