Web Project Manager

This Web Project Manager will support the internal Web PM by acting as an extension of their capabilities, helping manage day-to-day publishing operations within a Drupal-based web environment. The role focuses on onboarding and coordinating web publishers and QA resources, ensuring they have proper access, tools, and clear direction to complete tasks on time and to standard. This individual will manage relationships between athenahealth and external publishing partners, establishing clear points of contact, accountability, and smooth collaboration.

A strong understanding of the Drupal platform is required, enabling the PM to guide publishers, troubleshoot issues, and operate confidently within the system. The Web PM will also create and maintain process documentation, governance materials, and workflow guidelines using tools such as  and lightweight one-pagers. Operating within a large enterprise that functions with a startup mindset, this role requires initiative, adaptability, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving "publishing bubble."
