Responsibilities- Oversee the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
- Maintain a consumer‑focused outlook and aid in the delivery of projects and services to market.
- Develop policies and procedures and use technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers.
- Develop the technical aspects of clients’ technical strategy to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Manage technology budgets and suggest investments to align the company with its vision for technological needs.
- Act as a thought leader for Baires Dev in both internal strategy and external client engagement.
- Present tailored technology solutions to our most critical accounts.
- Drive company strategy through market insights and technological perspectives.
- 10+ years in a technological leadership role, with proven experience as a CTO or similar executive position.
- Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry within the last 10 years.
- Remote work (when not traveling) with work‑from‑home hardware setup.
