• Oversee the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
• Maintain a consumer‑focused outlook and aid in the delivery of projects and services to market.
• Develop policies and procedures and use technology to enhance products and services that focus on external customers.
• Develop the technical aspects of clients’ technical strategy to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Manage technology budgets and suggest investments to align the company with its vision for technological needs.
• Act as a thought leader for Baires Dev in both internal strategy and external client engagement.
• Present tailored technology solutions to our most critical accounts.
• Drive company strategy through market insights and technological perspectives.

• 10+ years in a technological leadership role, with proven experience as a CTO or similar executive position.
• Experience in the IT/nearshoring industry within the last 10 years.

• Remote work (when not traveling) with work‑from‑home hardware setup.
