TEKsystems is seeking entry-level Technical Support Representatives to provide support for our ISP partners. Responsibilities include troubleshooting connection issues and answering inbound support inquiries. Candidates should have strong Windows troubleshooting skills and be able to work shifts that include weekends.
This position offers a starting wage of $15.50 per hour and requires a stable internet connection. Remote work is available, and training will be conducted online starting in late October.
