Matter Labs is looking for a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of zkSync. In this role, you will partner with various teams to design a user‑centric experience that will drive mass adoption of blockchain technology.

• Develop a vision for the user experience of zkSync
• Foster a user‑centered design culture within Matter Labs
• Provide design leadership and direction across the organization
• Collaborate with engineers to translate design vision into reality
• Develop and prioritize design initiatives and roadmaps

• 6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and web3
• A passion for improving the user experience of web3
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading and inspiring design teams

• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment
