Job Overview
Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay between $25 and $45 per hour, depending on the In‑Home Usage Test project. No experience required. In‑Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors and are paid weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or cheque.
The company designs and conducts In‑Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide user feedback in real‑time to companies and market research firms, evaluating products to ensure proper certification and market access.
- Document In‑Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (e.g., screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries).
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly.
- Read and strictly follow the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a set amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.
- Use MFour’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology when required to capture point‑of‑emotion insights.
- Participate in private chat rooms opened by a market research firm when the product is discussed.
- Write reviews as requested in the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
- Ability to follow specific instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit.
- Commit to working 15-25 hours per week on a consistent routine.
- Have access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a digital camera or a cell phone capable of taking pictures.
- Honest, reliable, and good communication skills.
- Be 18 years or older.
