The MCT Trainer role at MentureX is a full-time, remote position responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) courses to corporate and professional learners. Day to day, the trainer will plan and deliver virtual instructor‑led training sessions, adapt course materials to different learner levels, and use hands‑on labs, demos, and real-world scenarios to reinforce key concepts. The role includes preparing learners for Microsoft certification exams, providing guidance on exam readiness, and offering constructive feedback on performance.

The MCT Trainer will also collaborate with MentureX’s training coordinators and client stakeholders to align content with business objectives, update course materials based on new technologies and Microsoft releases, and maintain accurate training records and reports. Additionally, the trainer will continuously enhance their own technical and instructional skills to meet evolving industry and client needs.

• Strong instructional skills, including experience with virtual instructor‑led training, classroom facilitation, and adapting delivery for diverse learning styles.
• Current Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status or eligibility, with one or more active Microsoft role‑based or specialty certifications (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Security).
• Solid technical expertise in core Microsoft technologies such as cloud platforms (Azure), modern workplace (Microsoft 365), or related infrastructure and security solutions.
• Proficiency in creating and refining training materials, slides, lab guides, and assessments aligned with official Microsoft curriculum and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple training engagements, learner follow‑ups, and reporting deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience working with corporate or enterprise clients, including understanding of professional etiquette, stakeholder communication, and measurable training outcomes.
• Comfort with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms, online lab environments) for remote training delivery and learner engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related.
