Evernorth Federal Services supports large-scale federal healthcare programs where performance, innovation, and security are critical to mission success. In this role, you will develop and maintain a repeatable approach to drive solution strategy, shape client requirements, and support the maturation of new solution opportunities across both current contract execution and future programs. This position will primarily focus on pharmacy-related capabilities while maintaining the flexibility to support broader health service solutions.
You will also serve as a key driver for AI integration across solution development, translating emerging capabilities into practical, compliant approaches that strengthen both efficiency and client offerings in a regulated federal environment.
Successful candidates will possess or develop a deep understanding of the following:
- Federal healthcare delivery and pharmacy-related operations, and how capabilities translate into client outcomes
- Solution strategy development and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- The evolving AI landscape in healthcare and federal markets, including feasibility and adoption constraints
- Federal security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP and CMMC
- Proposal and solution development life cycles
Responsibilities:
Solution Strategy & Development- Establish and maintain a repeatable approach to shape solution strategy and requirements across contract phases
- Assist solution development for major federal pursuits, including ownership of strategy, SME coordination, and core proposal content
- Identify and support the maturation of new solution opportunities as part of a continuous capability development effort
- Drive AI integration across solution development, ensuring capabilities are practical, forward-looking, and differentiated
- Maintain awareness of evolving AI capabilities and translate insights into actionable solution improvements
- Ensure concepts are grounded in feasibility, risk management, and measurable value
- Ensure solution approaches align with required FedRAMP level and CMMC objectives
- Support refinement of higher-bar security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP High) to strengthen positioning for future programs
- Partner with compliance and technology teams to translate requirements into executable solution decisions
Ideal candidates will have a combination of the following:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, federal programs, or a related field
- Experience shaping solution strategy and working cross-functionally across business, technology, and compliance teams
- Experience with pharmacy-related capabilities (technology, operations, clinical, network, or strategy)
- Familiarity with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI use cases and considerations in regulated environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal proposals, business development and/or program management
- Experience working in FedRAMP Moderate or High environments
- Experience translating AI concepts into implementable solutions

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
