Scrum Master II; Remote

This is a remote role that may only be hired in Arizona or North Carolina. The position supports the management of product and software development teams as a leader. It ensures that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentors and motivates teams to improve processes, facilitates meetings and decision‑making, eliminates team impediments, and assists in increasing team efficiency while providing motivation and guidance for process improvement.

• Project Coordination – Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team, monitors progress, provides timely feedback, and drives a culture of agility and learning.
• Communication – Facilitates daily team meetings to gather updates on progress, address potential roadblocks, and ensure the project stays on track. Hosts regular sessions to share updates with product stakeholders and ensures that deadlines are met with the desired outcomes.
• Business Support – Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing, ensures proper use of collaborative processes, and removes impediments for the scrum team.
• Reporting – Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials, and prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization.

License or Certification Type:
Scrum Master Certification Required

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio.
• Very seasoned in agile methodology (SAFE/KANBAN/SCRUM).
