INVENSITY Project Manager

End-to-end project responsibility:
Plan, manage, and oversee projects in the field of product development (milestone plan, resource management, work breakdown structure, schedule, budget, etc.)

Take responsibility as a project manager in an international environment of e-mobility, autonomous driving, medical technology, digital transformation, and defense

Manage agile and classical project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of system, hardware, software, and mechanics

Develop and implement standardized processes, methods, and tools, build a powerful PMO, and develop metrics for progress tracking

Supplier and stakeholder management:
Coordinate procurement, quality, development, production, and external partners, create reports for management, and moderate escalations

Educational background in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or comparable courses

At least 1 year of professional experience in project management and a technical basic understanding

Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops is a plus

Strong communication and moderation, assertiveness, structured working method, hands-on mentality

Willingness to travel for national project assignments at our customers

Fluent German and English language skills
