Overview

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Project Coordinator working in a fully remote model. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading technology solutions provider supporting large-scale IT deployment and professional services projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple priorities and ensuring successful project execution.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, technicians, service partners, and customers while supporting nationwide technology deployment initiatives.

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM CT (Candidates may reside in any U.S. time zone.)

The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for IT deployment projects by coordinating technicians, service partners, customers, and internal project teams. This individual will monitor project activities, facilitate communications, maintain project documentation, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and support successful project execution from initiation through completion.

3rd

Shift: Sun-Thursday, 5PM-2:00AM CST Time Zone Hours

The Project Coordinator coordinates project tasks involving customers, partners, and project team members. Follows up on outstanding tasks and updates in required systems. The Project Coordinator communicates with customers and third-party field resources. The Project Coordinator captures various status elements, customer acceptance forms and any additional project deliverables. The Project Coordinator also reviews statements of work and work orders for completion criteria and completes the necessary tasks to enable project billing.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate multiple technology deployment projects utilizing established project management methodologies.

* Schedule, communicate, and follow up with field technicians, service partners, and customers to ensure project milestones are achieved.

* Monitor live deployment activities, technician check-ins, and project progress while providing real-time issue resolution and escalation support.

* Coordinate project communications through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, phone, and internal ticketing systems.

* Assist with technician readiness by confirming scheduled resources, validating deployment requirements, and verifying site preparedness prior to project execution.

* Track project deliverables, collect required documentation, and ensure customer acceptance requirements are completed.
