We are seeking (2) highly skilled IT support professionals who are dedicated to resolving technical problems and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenging issues and helping people get back to work.

Pay: $22-$29/hr DOE

General Work Schedule

8am-5pm M-F, with participation in an after-hours on-call rotation

Yes, Minimal local travel

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues for clients, documenting IT-related information, and providing friendly and efficient customer service to end-users.
