Solutions Engineer

Pay Range: $75,000 – $110,000 USD annually. Remote work from Home (USA).

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide business and technical support to our Customers in cash office operations. The role includes project management, implementation, and support of software and hardware solutions.

• Provide business and technical support to Customers and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Cross‑Functional teams.
• Lead the project management and implementation of software and hardware solutions, covering pre‑ and post‑sales activities.
• Work with Customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Create documentation, ROI analyses, and statements of work (SOW) detailing customer requirements.
• Perform on‑site presentations, product demonstrations, and observations of product offerings.
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to internal teams and customer sites.
• Handle software and hardware troubleshooting and report resolution status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams on testing, installation, enhancements, and operational readiness.
• Travel as required.

• Experience consulting with Customers and observing cash office operations at store and corporate levels.
• Knowledge of BI products (Desktop and Platform) and their integrations and data flows.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering solutions on time and with high quality.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer‑facing skills.
• Technical and business savvy, able to bridge both domains.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, think critically, and solve problems.
• Organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Strong soft skills and presentation abilities.
