• Own end-to-end delivery of logistics and supply chain processes from ideation through implementation and handoff.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Create and manage Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, User Stories) and support backlog prioritization.
• Perform as-is and to-be process mapping and conduct gap analysis to support standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support SAP solution design, testing (UAT/integration), and execution.
• Translate technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language and act as a liaison across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, including support for process standardization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP WM/EWM and logistics execution processes, including warehouse operations.
• Experience in business process documentation, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, user stories, backlog management).
• Collaboration with IT teams to support solution delivery and testing.
• Supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Embedded EWM, or Transportation Management.
• Knowledge of 3PL operations, material flow integration, or warehouse automation environments.
• Exposure to automation, robotics, or emerging technologies within supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.

Pay range: $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. Benefits include health and wellness options.
