• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
• Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to apply statistical and other research methods to systems issues as required; review complex data and derive summary conclusions

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
• Participates in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
• Works with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
• Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommend solutions
• Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
• Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
• Assesses long‑term needs, performs gap analysis and makes future state recommendations
• Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
• Performs other duties as required

The salary range for this job is $75,000 - $100,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
